REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Gibons Private Limited, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products including clothing, apparel, footwear, handbags, and accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for return, replacement, or refund subject to the conditions below.



1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:

✔ Return request raised within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
✔ All original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
✔ Product must not be damaged due to customer misuse.

✔ Customized, made-to-order, clearance, or non-returnable items are not eligible for return.



2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products
Clearance or sale items (if specified)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items without original packaging or tags
Stock clearance sale items



3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

✔ Email us at info@giibons.com or call +91 8796910941 within the return period.
✔ Share order details and reason for return.
✔ After approval, product must be shipped to the return address shared by us.
✔ Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

✔ If return will be accepted by us , return process will be completed by us within 5-10 business days.



4. Refund Process & Timeline

Returned products will undergo quality inspection after receipt.

✔ Approved refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days.
✔ Refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account/card/wallet/UPI) used during purchase.
✔ Actual credit timeline may vary depending on bank or payment gateway processing.



5. Replacement / Exchange

✔ Exchange requests are accepted subject to product availability.
✔ If replacement is unavailable, refund will be issued as per refund policy. 
✔ If replacement  will be accepted by us , replacement process will be completed by us within 5-10 business days.   
✔ If exchange  will be accepted by us , exchange process will be completed by us within 5-10 business days.



6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

✔Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

✔ Photo or video proof is mandatory.
✔ After verification, replacement or refund will be processed.



7. Order Cancellation Policy

✔ Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
✔ Once order is shipped or delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
✔ Post-delivery issues will be handled under Return & Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
